Family Craft Night: Tiny Art!

Excited about the Tiny Art Show and want to submit but don't know where to start?

Come to this all ages event where you can paint or draw your 3x3x3 art. Only canvases, paint, markers, colored pencils, and crayons will be provided for the 25 registrants. If you would like to attend and bring your own supplies, please email kids@wilmlibrary.org, instead of registering.

Make a tiny piece of art for our Tiny Art Show! Open to all ages and all mediums. Paint a tiny canvas, draw a tiny picture, create a tiny sculpture, a tiny felted creation, tiny knitting, or even tiny ceramics. Be creative!

Specifications: All artwork must be either on a 3x3 inch canvas or, if 3D, must be 3 inches or smaller in all dimensions. The first 150 registrants to come by the library, starting on 9/2, will receive a mini canvas. Anyone that does not receive a canvas from the library is still welcome to participate using their own materials, as long as the final piece is 3 inches or smaller in all dimensions. The Wilmington Memorial Library is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen artworks. By submitting to this art show and signing your name on the submission form, you, the artist, agree to these terms.

Important Dates:

Canvas Pick Up: 9/2-9/6

Artwork Submission Deadline: Tuesday, September 30! Please fill out the submission form digitally or physically when you submit your artwork!

Artwork on display: 10/8-10/22

Reception: Wednesday, October 8 from 6-7pm. Open to all, no registration or submission required.
