Playful Pathways: Parent Book Club
Wednesday, October 14
7:00pm - 8:00pm
Join this once-a-month book club for busy parents and read one book at a time over the course of a few months!
Meet with other local parents via Zoom to discuss the current read. A copy of the book will be provided to keep for the first 20 registrants. Registrants will be notified via email when the book is available for pickup. If the program fills up but you would still like to attend, please feel free to register for the waitlist and borrow a copy through the library catalog.
Current Read: Dopamine Kids: A Science-Based Plan to Rewire Your Child's Brain and Take Back Your Family in the Age of Screens and Ultraprocessed Foods by Michaeleen Doucleff
Meeting dates for our next session are:
- Wednesday, October 14 at 7pm - pages 1-125
- Wednesday, November 4 at 7pm - pages 126-243
- Wednesday, December 9 at 7pm - pages 244-341
Recommended for parents and caregivers. Because this event will be held via Zoom, children are welcome to be in attendance. An email with the link will be sent to the registered and waitlisted attendees at least one hour before the event. The Zoom link will be the same for each month of the program.
