Join the Academy of Traditional Karate in their Stranger Safety Class!

This interactive class will feature a mix of fitness (some running and movement), Karate (learn some awesome Japanese moves) and stranger safety lessons. Participants will learn about awareness, using their voice, and some physical self defense moves. Parents are welcome to be a part of the stranger safety portion of class.
