Kristin from YogaMoves will guide you through this slow flow class. There will be guidance and tips on:
Registrants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and towel. If you own blocks, feel free to bring them, but they are not required for this program as you can use a towel to similar effect.
This class is designed for parents/caregivers with pre-walking little ones. Newly postpartum parents are welcome once given the ok by their healthcare provider.
Please register caregiver as the registrant and add children as guests.
